1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To qualify, all bags of pellets must remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Due to the nature of fuel products, opened bags or partially used pallets are non-refundable.
2. Return Window
Customers must notify BulkFuelPellets of any issue within 7 days of delivery.
Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at sales@bulkfuelpellets.com with your order number and clear photos of the product.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, our team will provide return shipping or pickup instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to damage, defect, or shipping error on our part.
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed once the returned pellets are inspected and approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note: Delivery and freight charges are non-refundable.
